Часть полей в заявке переименованы, например *ФИОВторогоРодителя = Сведения, сообщаемые работником о втором родителе ребенка-инвалида или сведения, в связи с которыми справка с места работы другого родителя (опекуна, попечителя) не требуется.* Это важно и нужно для корректного заполнения документа.
