# Карьера

Модуль «Карьера» — раздел в веб-интерфейсе EmplDocs, доступный любому сотруднику компании — от специалиста до руководителя.

Цель модуля — создать прозрачную среду для планирования задач, отслеживания прогресса и подведения итогов взаимодействия между сотрудником и руководителем.

Раздел для сотрудника состоит из трех рабочих областей:

1. Цели: Планирование и согласование задач на период.
2. Оценка: Активные сессии по подведению итогов.
3. Архив: История всех завершенных циклов оценки.
